My Gromyko Theory

Image
My Gromyko Theory By  Karen Kwiatkowski Senator Ted Cruz says  that Michelle Obama may step in  to the role of unifier for the sad, sad Democratic Party.  She has certainly  picked up the pace of pocket-lining , in the traditional Clinton Obama way. If Cruz can make a prediction, I hope I can be forgiven for this one. I think Hillary Clinton awaits her second chance – and like  CIA mouthpiece David Ignatius , she doesn’t want Kamala to be the first woman king. I mentioned this to a likeminded friend, who was horrified – we agreed, everyone we know hates Hillary. But a Hillary,  with her new campaign hairstyle , and possibly running with a healthy-looking younger super leftie like Gavin Newsom, may be required to guarantee a Democratic win 13 months from now. She is not popular, and neither are the Democrats.  No amount of advanced cheating, corporate funded and media promulgated lies, ballot harvests and dumps, and middle-of-the-night vote counting system resets can give the Democrat

The ultimate lesson from the Trump indictment: No More Pretenses

The ultimate lesson from the Trump indictment: No More Pretenses There is the Uniparty and their Praetorian Guard, and then there's everybody else. JORDAN SCHACHTEL If you haven’t heard the news yet, the Biden Administration’s Justice Department announced Friday afternoon that they were  indicting President Trump, listing 37 felony allegations  against the former president. I’ll spare you the outrage or celebrations that you’re probably seeing proliferating through the media industry, depending on which side you stand on, because none of that is particularly consequential to the issue at hand. I surveyed some followers on social media to get a sense of what people were thinking, and the reactions varied from “I’m so sick of Donald Trump dominating the news for every day of my existence!” to “this is a witch hunt!” Tyler Cardon, the CEO of Blaze Media, added some insightful commentary too. “Everyone’s stuck in an endless cycle of whataboutism,” Cardon  replied . “There are no object

Patrick Lawrence: John Durham & the Burying of History

Patrick Lawrence: John Durham & the Burying of History Witness the obliteration of a highly significant passage in U.S.  history. To be deprived in this way of the past — of the facts of our time — is a kind of condemnation. Riot police at the Capitol on Jan. 21, 2017, for Donald Trump’s inauguration.  (Lorie Shaull/Wikimedia Commons) By  Patrick Lawrence T here are certain things I do not quite get since  Special Counsel John Durham’s report  on the epically corrupt conduct of Donald Trump’s enemies during the 2016 election campaigns went to Congress last week. Many things, actually. For all the ground Durham covers in his 306–page report, I don’t get why he left a lot of things undone and unexamined, a lot of names unnamed and a lot of conclusions unconcluded after a four-year investigation into the very unfunny fiasco known as Russiagate.  And then there are a few things I do get. Chief among these is that, with the already-evident burying of the Durham Report, we now witness
