Quick thanks to  Data Humanist    for his  comment last week , which gave this the nudge it needed for completion. The urgency was also stimulated when I saw that Marjory Taylor Greene had this week proposed something similar tied to further Ukraine funding on the legislative docket ($60 Billion). Curiously, she makes no mention of strings attached to Israel’s funding ($19 Billion). In her defense, it must be difficult to oppose a nation that has  blackmail porn of your affairs with tantric sex gurus .
