Nuclear war has been constantly threatened by insane rulers, mostly in the U.S., for many decades, but other than the abhorrent and murderous slaughter of innocents in Japan at the hands of the U.S. war machine, no nuclear attacks have been forthcoming since. There is good reason for this, but I fear few take into consideration the complete lunacy and deranged minds of totalitarian-minded rulers. They thrive on propaganda, sabre rattling, and threats, as if this is a harmless political game, but it would take only one idiot to start an all-out nuclear exchange.
