A new school in the heart of New York City is leading the way for children who identify as something other than human, a service that has been sadly lacking in the state until now. The Paediatric Awareness of Woke Status (PAWS) Institute has now established what it has called Cat Class – an open learning environment for feline inspired children of every age. “This is a groundbreaking move for independent schools in New York, as we lead the way in equitable, non discriminatory education. We are fighting species discrimination head on,” said New York Governor Kathy (Kat) Hochul at the opening ceremony, flanked by minders dressed as cats. Photo: ASML The United States reportedly is calling on the European Union to impose a semiconductor export ban on China – but Chinese officials and media doubt the Americans, simply by asking, can persuade the Europeans to give up a highly lucrative export market. SOCIALISM’S CORRUPTION BY THE LEFT, PART 1 TWO RECENT DISCOVERIES The Evolved Psyche Over the last couple weeks, I’ve experienced a couple of eye-opening discoveries. In hindsight, perhaps I shouldn’t have been as surprised as I was by either. I was faintly cognizant of indicators pointing in both directions. But I guess I’m a little slow on the uptake. While one of the discoveries was of a purely technical capacity, and the other a matter of conceptual insight, they were certainly related. Not only in the obvious way, that the former provided the condition of possibility for the latter.
