Rogers Communications, just one service provider, had an outage and suddenly millions of Canadians couldn't call 911 or make purchases. Talk about a serious wake-up call that was desperately needed. Cash is KING and it must always remain that way, so carry it and use it EVERY SINGLE DAY.
