All Government and All Rule Are Always and Inherently Immoral and Evil
By: Gary D. Barnett
“You are not Christians. You are not Jews. You are not Muslims. And you certainly aren’t atheists. You all have the same god, and its name is ‘government.’ You’re all members of the most evil, insane, destructive cult in history. If there ever was a devil, the state is it. And you worship it with all your heart and soul.”
~ Larken Rose, The Iron Web
The Truth About Government
Accept and understand that all government is evil. Accept and understand that all who allow and support government are supporting evil. There is no such thing as a good government. There is no such thing as a necessary government. There is no such thing as a limited government. There is no such thing as a benevolent government. There is only government, and government in all its false ‘glory,’ is nothing more than pure, corrupted violence. It is the creator and protector of theft, slavery, murder, genocide, and democide; nothing more and nothing less. The religion of government should be abolished, so worship not at the altar of this wicked institution.
The celebration of government must end. Asking permission of government to grant favors of ‘freedom’ must end. Petitioning government to indulge some over others must end. Picking a master, singing songs in praise of the state and all its institutions, and worship of the military, must end. The entire political class as a whole are the lowest and most vile of men, and should be categorically shunned without exception. Obedience to the state in every form should cease to exist, and only the individual should garner any respect.
Stefan Molyneux said correctly, and I paraphrase, that July 4, (‘Independence’ Day) was a celebration of giving our political masters independence from their conscience, morality, consequences for evil doing, and basic social and economic reality. The fireworks displayed that day are the tears of the children’s incinerated futures, and that for the slave class that are the masses, the songs of death were easier than the questions of life. This realty explains that no independence, and no freedom or liberty, can be achieved at the hands of government, and that sanctioned tyranny is the only result of allowing any ruling class to exist.
All government is force. It is force backed by armed marauders calling themselves the enforcers of government decree. (laws) This is so regardless whether or not unaware and illiterate people cast ballots and vote for one criminal or another. It is so regardless that a majority claims otherwise. There is no valid moral argument that in any way justifies anyone being able to order or command any other, or to expect any other to accept any state mandate. The very concept called government, whether labeled as a democracy, republic, monarchy, oligarchy, or by any other description whatsoever, is based solely on coercion, violence or threat of violence, brutality, and psychological torture of all those referred to as ‘citizens.’ Therefore, government is the bane of freedom, and the scourge of mankind.
All those who continue to support the notion that government is necessary, all those who continue to advocate government as the only answer to societal cohesion, all those who demand that others accept government for the benefit of all, and all those dependent on rule who expect government to be their master and protector, are in essence the destroyers of liberty, and therefore they are advocates for mass slavery. There is no legitimate reasoning for such asinine behavior.
Once an individual comes to the proper and only logical conclusion that government is completely unnecessary and a detriment to all that is good, it becomes impossible to condone such a system voluntarily. Those few who are able to reach this honest state of consciousness, acquire a level of intellect far beyond that of the average man. This awakening allows for such a change of attitude as to set free the mind and body; ignoring the constant clamoring of the herd who seemingly seek servitude for themselves at the hands of the state. It is a lonely place at times, but always brings a constant calm not seen or felt by most throughout their lives.
All authority, all commands levied by the state, all expectation and submission meant to gain permission to act naturally, and all efforts to condemn or force compliance at the behest of the ruling thugs based on any majority wishes, are completely immoral. This is without question, and no argument to the contrary is consistent with liberty.
No responsible individual can accept government as legitimate, without first being guilty of committing an immoral act. Any acceptance of authority of one or many over any other indicates complicity in slavery, and therefore exposes the underbelly of the beast called the collective masses. There is no excuse for such heinous thinking, or lack thereof, but this paradigm has been evident since the beginning of man. Why is this so?
Why are so many so convinced that they cannot live without rulers and authority, and cannot be responsible for themselves? What immovable force has conditioned the human animal to seek false ‘leaders,’ instead of relying on self and right as they know it? The root of this problem is confusion. State and media propaganda, and the willingness by so many to thrive on indifference, instead of facing the threats created and compounded by those who seek power over others, is the crux of the problem. This has happened over time, and continuously, as those seeking power understand the (planted) fears and weaknesses of the masses, and strive to indoctrinate and brainwash society to such an extent as to soften and condition them for rule.
The considered moral position is not always moral, and the considered immoral position is not always immoral. If no harm to another is present, then how can the result be an immoral act? It stands to reason then, if harm to another is present, how can a moral position be claimed? This is the government’s way of obfuscating the argument in order to bastardize the truth. This is akin to the government stealing by forcible theft the property of one in order to supposedly benefit another, and calling it moral. Contrary to this, when one might use a plant for health or pleasure, but harms no one in the process, how can that be an immoral act as the state will claim? Hypocrisy and contradiction consume all aspects of government thoughts, intent, and actions.
Any restraint of freedom at any level is a restraint of freedom at every level. This truth destroys the insane ‘thinking’ that it is proper to give up a ‘little’ freedom for some safety. That is simply idiocy posited by government criminals, and those supporting those criminals. Freedom can only be given up voluntarily, so once a people understand this, and concern themselves only with the task of living free instead of succumbing to the abhorrent commands of the state, no government will have the ability to claim power over them. This is the solution to our problems, as simple as it might seem, but since each individual has to come to his own decision to act free, we are a long way from that desired state, and a long way from absolute freedom.
“Between the government which does evil and the people who accept it – there is a certain shameful solidarity.”
Victor Hugo
