Sudan Struggles for Autonomy as Global South's New Battleground

Sticking with the war theme… Remember when I warned you that the global South was going to become a battleground between the powers?
Well, Sudan is now one such battleground.

In the battle over who gets to control the global South, Sudan is merely a symptom of the disease.
Sudan is unlikely to be the last battle for the global South, but as mentioned multiple times over the last few years, it will become increasingly difficult for the hegemon to suppress and influence increasing numbers of recalcitrants who no longer see tying their interests to the West to be in their interests.
