Seven ways in which the left is now the right

Image
Seven ways in which the left is now the right Noah Carl Wokeness, as I’ve noted  before , is distinct from other strands of leftism, such as old-school Marxism or traditional left-liberalism. (Which is an important  reason  why the term ‘woke’ ought to be retained.) One major  way  it’s distinct from those other strands is that it has adopted many ideas that are fundamentally right-wing or conservative. This is something of a paradox, given that many of the woke are so  intolerant  of the other side they aren’t even willing to have conservatives as friends. In any case, here are seven ideas that  used   to be  right-wing but are now left-wing. 1. Adopting things from other cultures is bad People on the right tend to be more  ingroup oriented  those than on the left. Indeed, believing that you belong to a certain group with a culture worth preserving is one of the hallmarks of conservatism. Unlike leftists, conservatives want to...

CIA Experimented on Hundreds of Orphans, Torturing Them to Reveal Psychopathic Traits—Report Over the course of two decades, 311 orphans were subjected to torturous experiments funded by the CIA, to see if they could induce psychotic reactions. Matt Agorist According to a new documentary out of Denmark, which interviewed former victims, the Central Intelligence Agency secretly carried out experiments on 311 orphaned children. The experiments were meant to reveal psychopathic traits and map out the link between schizophrenia and heredity. According to the report, the children were tortured in clear violation of the Nuremberg Code of 1947 that introduced ethical restrictions for experiments on humans. Hundreds of Danish orphans were unknowingly used in experiments backed by the CIA, according to  Danish Radio,  reporting on a new documentary called "The Search for Myself." According to  the report,  the experiments began in the early 1960s and spanned the course o...

COVIDMANIA AND THE DESIRE FOR CRISIS AND MEANING

COVIDMANIA AND THE DESIRE FOR CRISIS AND MEANING Mark Oshinskie My late father-in-law, Charlie, grew up in a tiny, thatched roof, stacked stone farmhouse in County Mayo, in stark, cold northwest Ireland. He was the youngest of ten children, four of whom died in infancy. Charlie would rarely mention his childhood. When he did, he said food was starchy and scarce; hunger was common. Piecing the chronology together, I suppose his grandparents survived the Famine. Ireland’s employment prospects were bleak. England needed construction laborers because so many of England’s young men had been conscripted for World War II. Thus, in his early twenties, Charlie emigrated to London. As Shane MacGowan sang of his Irish brethren, “Wherever we go, we celebrate the land that made us refugees.” Charlie wasn’t a big storyteller and I didn’t know him to exaggerate. But during one Sunday afternoon dinner, he told a short story about life during The Blitz. He said that, when they heard sirens signaling Ge...

We’d Never Be Where We Are Except For Technology — Coronadoom Update CXII

We’d Never Be Where We Are Except For Technology — Coronadoom Update CXII BY   BRIGGS   Increased technology is responsible for the coronadoom bug, panic, and “solutions” tyranny. If our level of technology was less, there would have been no bug, there would have been no ability to panic globally, and the technocratic tyranny of lockdowns, vax passports, and vax-mark of the beasts would not have been possible. Biochemistry and genetics research, and the hubris accompanying them, including the cockiness of believing Frankensteinian experimentation could be kept secure, accounted for the creation of the bug. Experts used the euphemism  gain-of-function , where the “function” was “to kill”, to label their investigations. Their ostensible justification was that creating bugs that could kill better, they would learn how to treat or cure the bugs they created. Did they? The fallacy that Nature would not create the same extra-lethal bugs, so that the extra-lethal bugs did not ne...

COVID shots were both marketed by Big Pharma and authorized by the government under the core claim that they prevent transmission

COVID shots were both marketed by Big Pharma and authorized by the government under the core claim that they prevent transmission Both parties peddled baseless assertions. Jordan Schachtel With the United States shattering records for recorded COVID-19 cases across the board, it’s time to dissect all of the revisionist history in the waters these days. KoaTheGreat @KoaTheGreat They sold the vaccines as if they stop transmission and stop the spread. December 28th 2021 24 Retweets 37 Likes Big Pharma and government regulators sold and authorized COVID shots to the masses using the core claim that they were providing something akin to a cure. These so-called vaccines were sold as immunization agents (that’s why they called them vaccines), not as a therapy treatment that may at some point down the line help reduce your symptoms if you acquire the disease. There’s one major problem with their claim. It’s baseless. Entirely baseless. First, let’s start with Big Pharma. Albert Bourla @Alber...
