Guterres Lays Out a Roadmap of "Transformations" to Come
Down on your knees, sustainable peasant!
For context, please see my earlier interview with Mary Otto-Chang, a former UN employee, in which we talk about the hijacking of the United Nations and its authority to implement the reformist plans of the Davos crowd. Among other things, we talk about the 2019 agreement between the UN and the WEF that lists the wretched Fourth Industrial Revolution among its collaboration goals.
So, here are some tweets from Guterres. And perhaps, if one hasnāt looked into the specifics of what those transformations really mean in practical terms for an average person, Guterresā words read like regular vacuous statements by a mostly useless bureaucrat. But if one has looked into the technical details, these are menacing words since these transformations stand for removing even the basic freedoms from our lives. And yes, they are taking their time to prime our minds and yank us back and forth: scare us, disorient us, entice us with ācomfortā and ābenefits,ā take our freedoms from us, then āgive them back,ā then take them away againāuntil we forget what it felt like to move around, talk, laugh, and live our lives as we please (which is the one thing we shouldnāt forget, by the way, no matter what).

The call to āmake lying wrong againā is rather ironic coming from his mouth, I must say.

For some more context, here is a presentation from 2021 about the digital ruble. The presentation is from the Cyber Polygon simulation exercise. Cyber Polygon is usually talked about as a World Economic Forum event but actually, it was organized by the central bank of Russia and supported by the WEF.
(If you want to look further into the dealings of the Russian central bank, whose headās page abruptly disappeared from the WEF website in the past couple of days, please watch my interview with Riley Waggaman and check out his wonderful Substack.)
The presentation from the Cyber Polygon talks about the āprogrammableā feature of the digital ruble, meaning that the use of the digital currency can be arbitrarily limited based on what is being purchased, for exampleāwhich is exactly what ācrazy conspiracy theoristsā have been saying for months going on years.
(See also āErnst Wolff: Digital Financial Complexā and a PDF of the overview of Omarova's plan in the U.S.)
As I keep saying, we are looking at a ārespectable conspiracyā where a complex combination of forces and motives (from inertia and corruption to planning) can bring about a horrible reality that looks exactly like the dystopian reality described by your neighborhood ācrazy conspiracy theorist,ā and thatās regardless of what exactly is in the heads of the Davos crowd and their mastersāwhich I am sure is different for every person in every momentāand our world remains an intricate dance as opposed to a clear-cut cartoon.
On my end, I am fine with the humble limitation of doing my best at connecting the dots and pedaling toward love and happiness without assuming that I know with certainty the exact big picture. Guessing is fine. Guessing is often all we get. We can look at their policy papers and their actions and read their lipsāand as far as I am concerned, the aspiring feudal masters are up to no good. Their roadmap is all about censorship, restrictions, and the tightening of the peasantsā belts.
As I said last year,
