WW3 on Auto-Pilot Will Not Stop Plunder

Washington, D.C., plunderers' creativity is a sight to behold. We are waiting for their next move, delegated to the Puppet in Chief, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., with a bated breath.

Where There is Will to Loot, There is a Way to Loot

“Foreign Military Financing Account Summary” by the U.S. Department of State wrote on its website: “The Department concluded that, of the 140 countries (and the Palestinian Authority) evaluated, the governments of 72 met minimum requirements of fiscal transparency.  Sixty-nine did not meet the minimum requirements of fiscal transparency.  Of these 69, however, 25 made significant progress toward meeting the minimum requirements of fiscal transparency.” Needless to say, Ukraine is not on the list of 25 countries making progress toward fiscal transparency.

And guess who’s being whispered as the recipient of another $100 billion?

Allow me to provide you with a totally unexpected, surprising, and subtle pictorial hint.

No matter how much one writes about Ukraine’s related pillage and plunder, like myself in a recent “Ukraine: A Trillion Dollar Goldmine of Death" essay or in September 29’s in-dept research “Ukraine Bloody War: The Great Plundering,” the criminal cabal in power always surprises me with their creativity.

Now, since the Speaker of the House’s brouhaha and a new tragedy in Israel and Gaza took over the media and pushed Ukraine in a deep background, the funding for Zelensky seems to be in danger. Poor man, he has pushed half a million of his men to death in order to please war-mongering ghouls in Washington, D.C., and now he needs to cower in dread: will Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.—the sad, demented personification of the U.S. Empire’s tragic decay—find a way to send him more or not?

Well, it seems they have found a sly workaround. The U.S. Department of State, an entity in charge of looting, given Biden’s incompetence. A reminder to what I already wrote:

It seems that the Secretary of State, Antony J. Blinken—one of the Ukraine proxy war triumvirate, Blinken, Nuland, Sullivan—[emphasis mine] ”plays a central role in the initiation and coordination of these draw-downs. After initial engagement with Congress, the Secretary requests the President’s authorization to notify Congress of the intent to exercise the draw-down authority under section 506(a)(1) of the FAA and seeks delegated authority from the President to make the necessary determinations and to direct the draw-down.”

Many wonder who pulls Biden’s strings, given his obvious mental challenges, and it seems that we have the answer from the horse’s mouth, the U.S. Department of State’s own website, and the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs Fact Sheet from September 21, 2023, I quoted.

But, no, the draw-down authority has already been depleted. I believe there’s only several billion dollars left for Biden to plunder there—not near enough for the insatiable needs of those sucking the blood, sweat, and tears from us on a daily basis. So they needed to find another way.

Enters the Security Assistance Team! (SAT)

The Security Assistance Team

The SAT is organized into three regional teams and develops military assistance policy and manages security assistance funding through three programs:

  • Foreign Military Financing (FMF),

  • International Military Education and Training (IMET), and

  • Peacekeeping Operations (PKO).

The SAT, in close cooperation with the Director of U.S. Foreign Assistance Resources (F), regional and functional bureaus, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, and U.S. regional Combatant Commanders, determines military grant assistance policy, develops and manages the programs’ budgets, provides notifications to Congress [i.e., does not need to ask for approval, remark mine], supports determinations made to waive legislative constraints on security assistance funding, distributes funds, and provides program oversight.

Look at that beauty, its Areas of Jurisdiction. (A full-size map is here.)

The Telegraph reports that “Joe Biden is considering a “one-and-done” spending bill to fund the war in Ukraine until the next presidential election in an attempt to overcome an impasse with Republicans,” and The Politico concurs by writing “Biden team and lawmakers get creative to keep Ukraine aid flowing.”

These are merely speculations at this point, but considering the history of looting our Treasury, where there's smoke, there's often fire, making it plausible that they would find a way as described above.

So, those who worry that Hamas is a stronger military power than Russia and that, therefore, Israel needs hundreds of billions of dollars of our money in order to defend its poorly equipped military, and that it would deplete Ukraine on its way to a trillion dollars squandered and a million men sacrificed to God Moloch, can be at ease.

We can easily give billions to our Middle Eastern ally as much as to our Eastern Europe’s most valuable puppet of choice on our way toward World War III. After all, we have Joseph R. Biden, Jr.'s steady hands to steer us to hell, from which he himself has emerged to finish us all once and for all.

Bonus material:

Vladimir V. Zhirinovsky, who was a Russian politician and the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia until 2022, disagreed regarding Ukraine’s importance. Am I wrong now, and was Zhirinovsky right even then, or will the Cabal keep using Ukraine for money-milking until World War III breaks loose? Judge for yourselves.
