Lawrence Livermore National Lab: "Our mission is to make the world a safer place".
Lawrence Livermore National Lab (CA) sponsored a presentation in June, 2017:
Brain Science from Bench to Battlefield: The Realities – and Risks – of Neuroweapons | CGSR Seminar
When these guys say they are working on something?
It will probably be hitting your life soon like a predictively programmed character in a 54-episode series on Netflix.
If Ralph Baric says that new and dangerous coronaviruses may jump from animals to humans.
You just might have a new and dangerous coronavirus enter your world. It might look like the one that he has been working on his lab!

Check the bullet points in the thumbnail of this 2017 video. Here is a military contractor, apparently a sociopath (link to full lecture in the description) lecturing and in this short clip, hitting the highlights of how to set up a hypochondriac's mind-virus. The real virus?
Then he discusses the prospect of using "nano-particulate" matter to create a "stroking agent." The next question I would ask is, who or what group has declared war on the population? ---
"Brain Science from Bench to Battlefield: The Realities – and Risks – of Neuroweapons” by Pentagon/DARPA contractor, Dr. James Giordano on June 12, 2017.
"What I've done is I've created a stroking agent....this is one of things that has been entertained and examined to some extent by my colleagues in NATO and to those working on the use of neuro- biological sciences to create populational disruptions...either as hemorrhagic and vascular disruptors or actual neural network disruptors.
This guy is almost exactly what I envision our Spooks acting like all the time.
Like a cartoon come to life.
Gravatar Spook Science Guy.
Dr. James Giordano is stoked about this stuff.
“Now we can really fuck their shit up! Cat’s out of the bag!”
Reminds me a little bit of that “move fast and break things” Tech Bro Vibe. Hyped up, zero concerns. Self congratulatory.
Anyway, I cued up a relevant segment, but the whole thing is a peak into the mindset of Jurassic Park: The Neuroweapon Years.
One thing I do know about the US Defense Dept. and their Intelligence Community and “Independent Academic” partners in crime.
They are fueled by love. 😍
They are heavily concerned with you.
Your health and welfare.
They love you. Deep inside where it hurts. Down in the soul area.
They think of nothing else.
All day long.
It’s a mantra. A mission statement.
"Our mission is to make the world a safer place".
Strongly echoes the gain of function research rationale.
Opposites day.
Animal Farm.
HOW CAN WE BETTER ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CITIZENS?
Sometimes Blob staffers can be seen openly weeping as they ponder the wellbeing of the American useless eaters, errr…citizens.
Okay, sometimes they do have to test some stuff out on you.
It’s because of the love.
The love makes them have to do that. The love is everything!
MKUltra? That was for you.
Jonestown? You.
Lyme Disease? You.
JFK? You.
9/11? YOU!
SARS-Cov2? You.
Self Spreading “vaccines”? So you. You, you, you.
Spike Protein shots? We care. So damn much.
Nazis in Ukraine? We did that for you. It’s complicated and stuff. But yeah, sometimes Daddy has to hit you when he loves you. (Too much? 🤷🏻♀️)
The seminar was put on by another institution of higher learning.
One company town.
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) is a federal research facility in Livermore, California, founded by the University of California, Berkeley in 1952. Originally a branch of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the Lawrence Livermore laboratory became autonomous in 1971 and was designated a national laboratory in 1981.
This talk was sponsored and presented on June 12, 2017.
The presenter is Dr. James Giordano.
From the YouTube page summary:
Dr. James Giordano is Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Biochemistry, Chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program, and Co-director of the O'Neill-Pellegrino Program in Brain Science and Global Health Law and Policy at the Georgetown University Medical Center, Washington, DC.
He is a Senior Researcher and Task Leader of the Working Group on Dual-Use of the EU Human Brain Project, and has served as a Senior Science Advisory Fellow of the Strategic Multilayer Assessment group of the Joint Staff of the Pentagon.
In this briefing, Dr. Giordano discusses how new developments in brain science afford potential utility in military, intelligence and warfare operations, addresses implications of neuroweapons, and details the need for improved identification, surveillance, guidance and governance of brain science that can be used in military and warfare applications, and thus pose defined risk and threat to security interests.
Discourse at the most recent meeting of Biological, Toxin, and Weapons Convention (BTWC), and ongoing efforts of a Working Group of the European Union Human Brain Project reinforced the need to more rigorously address research and use of weaponizable brain science.
*rigorously address
Why do I have the vague sense that they maybe don’t mean how others are going to use it?
You Tube comment:
There are two things that become abundantly clear in this presentation:
1. Way too many scientists have very little, if any, moral foundation or introspective ability, and
2. Not everything that CAN be done, SHOULD be done.
